It’s been a while.
Need to make up for lost time.

O, great frustration.
So many things I’m seeking,
Just outside my grasp.

I’m not complaining.
Just observing a few things…
…Maybe a little.

Finding play partners:
Deceptively difficult.
Need some pup head-space.

I am overweight.
For the first time, a hindrance.
Might oughtta work out.

Gyms are far away,
No space for equipment here.
What’s a guy to do?

There’s always jump-rope.
It’s excellent cardio
And fun with music.

No more haikus now.
It is time to get busy.
Where is that jump rope?
